Detailed Description
Monitoring & Reporting Process: Master data & Transaction data is loaded from ECC system to BW system using Process chains. Usually Process chains are triggered during midnight & continue till early hours in the morning.
Please find below the detailed steps involved in monitoring process:
Step 1: Login to BW System & goto TCode SE38.
Step 2: Enter Program name ''/SSA/BWT" & click on execute button.
Step 3: Select the Radio button "Process chain analysis" and click on execute button.
Step 4: Select the Push button "Process chains" on the Left top corner.
Step 5: Enter the appropriate date and click on execute button.
Step 6: List of Process chains is displayed that executed on particular date with additional details.
Step 7: If all Process Chains have successful status, then send 'All Clear' Email to the Mailing List for Process chains.
Step 8: If some Process Chains have failed status, then send detailed Email to the Mailing List for Process chains.
